Everyone comes in with questions, and that’s great! We look forward to answering all of them so you can feel confident in who you choose to work with.
To help you get started here are som frequently asked questions we receive from potential and new clients.

Our wait time is typically 2-3 weeks.

We accept a range of insurances. Check with your provider about coverage. Make sure we are an in-network provider.

Yes, all of our therapists can work with you if you are choosing to pay out of pocket. We also have Graduate Level Interns that offer discounted rates. Reach out for more specific pricing.

Yes, we offer virtual sessions. Let your therapist know you want to have your sessions online.

You can list your preferred therapist on the interest form.
We do our best to have clients work with their preferred therapists, however, we also take into account which therapists are accepting new clients, the client's needs, and the availability of both the client and the therapist.

How often you meet is up to you and your therapist. Usually, sessions occur once a week or every other week.

We do not prescribe medication as therapists. We can, however, help you connect with a Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners who can prescribe medication.

The letters behind a therapist’s name can describe their training. For example:
LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor
MFT – Marriage and Family Therapist
LPC-IT – LPC in Training
