We are looking for:

Marriage and Family Focus is looking for someone to add to our team of compassionate therapists. This is a full-time hybrid role for a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. The LPC, LMFT, or LCSW will provide therapy and counseling services to clients, conduct assessments, and create treatment plans. This role will have a full client load (28-30) and work with children and adolescents. The role involves working closely with clients to address their mental health needs and promote overall well-being. This role offers PTO, a flexible schedule, and benefits.
Qualifications
- LPC, LMFT, or LCSW certification in the state of Wisconsin
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Master's degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience working with children and adolescents
Marriage and Family Focus welcomes Master's Degree students in Marriage and Family Therapy or Licensed Professional Counseling as interns.
These graduate students, under the supervision of Anne Smith MA, LPC, are completing their degrees and accruing the necessary hours for their training license.
