Hi! I’m Hilary and I am a graduate student at Antioch University finishing my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am passionate about working with clients to create a safe space that fosters healing, insight, and growth.

I show up to the therapy room with curiosity, groundedness, and warmth, and believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, whether that is in a moment of job transition, a period of stuckness or grief, or on the precipice of a major life change. My approach is collaborative, relational and systemically-oriented, meaning that I view individuals within the context of their relationships, families, and larger social systems.

My lens is LGBTQ+ affirmative, sex positive, and trauma-informed, and I often incorporate somatic and mind-body approaches into therapy. I enjoy working with couples, expanded relationship constellations and families in order to identify and adjust patterns and feedback loops in the moment that might be perpetuating friction and misunderstanding. I see problems not as the responsibility of one individual, but rather as emerging in dynamics that can be adjusted and calibrated to increase empathy, flow, and happiness.

My background is creative and I have spent most of my career so far helping artists and writers shape their stories. The stories we tell ourselves about our lives, relationships, and capabilities are immensely powerful. Together, we will explore these stories, question their influence, and consider alternative narratives that can empower  and support your preferred ways of being.  By working together, we can co-author new chapters in your life story, emphasizing strengths, resilience, and our endless capacity to create change.
